What is the maximum size of your recycle bin? can you do a belarc audit on your pc and post i here? thanks The only software of note that I have added recently was Norton Utilities which I have since uninstalled. My recycle bin was previously set at “use one setting for all drives” but since the problem I have set the the drives independently but this has made no difference to the problem. I have had this configuration for several years without problem. The HP internal comes on when the computer boots up the other when needed. Both external disks are also partitioned into two. My main Disk is partitioned into C & D and I have two external disks (one semi-permanent in HP internal compartment). When I delete items on the HP they appear in my Recycle Bin for a while (30 mins to 3/4 hours) and then disappear.

License: Free Latest update: Tuesday, August 16th 2022 Author: Jam-software Technical Title: TreeSize Free 4.0.2.371 for Windows Requirements: Overall, this handy little utility occupies minimal disk space, uses a small amount of system resources and has an intuitive interface on standard and touch enabled devices. The column view offers detailed information about files and folders including size, occupied disk space, number of files, last access, and owner. The interface is clean and fresh showing you a stack of data including NTFS compression rates. You can easily navigate folders and their sizes by key, color coded visualisation bars. As TreeSize Free uses the MTF (Master File Table) for local NTFS drives, it guarantees ultra-fast, secure scans. It is also able to scan network shares and cloud drives.

TreeSize Free is pretty versatile as it is able to scan hard drives and mobile devices via MTP (Media Transfer Protocol) and WebDAV.
